I have recently received an order significantly not as described. Just wonder if anyone knows the layout of the message they would receive after i have logged a dispute through the dispute console on eBay (in connection with paypal).

Someone was talking about this the other day and they was saying that if you report them they then diss you as well on your rating. Dont know how true this is, but its worth investigating a bit more. good luck

Says that you have logged a complaint that the goods were significantly not as described. You may have to send it back at your own expense to get a refund or exchange. Make sure you send it back recorded!

Really not sure on this one, I have just recently sent out 2 disputes to buyers that have not paid up, and would be interested to knnow what if anythign they have recieved!

Sorry, The returned item must be sent back Special Delivery only.
Recorded cant track the delivery.

it goes in stages you complain then wait for a reply if not satisfied you then take it further until they either deal with it or you get refunded
each process takes about 7 days

if you need to return the item, send them back INSURED with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.
