I'm on a diet, so I can't eat a bunch of food. I can't go anywhere with friends, because I'm not allowed (I'm not in trouble, but my dad just doesn't want me out tonight). I have a good load of homework, so I can't just vegetate. I don't have a crush or anybody that likes me, so I have nothing hormonal to think about. I'm just feeling kind of down.

do your homework, take a nice long shower, go to bed and when you wake up tomorrow it wont be valentine's day anymore then you will be fine.

After you finish your homework, sit and talk to you dad. Have him keep your mind off the Valentine's blues. You may want to watch a movie with him, with popcorn(no salt) and some water. A comedy would be the perfect antidote! or even go to the rent a movie with your dad.

If your blues are so deep, ask God to lift them from you. Sometimes,I feel so unhappy and I ask God for his help and He tells me what to do, and most of the time I find something to keep my mind my hurting troubles. I hope I help.

Me too ( although a bit too old for homework) - however, I'm breathing, so things ain't so bad. and they may, in the future, get a whole lot better.

just try and relax, if you eat a lil bit of junkfood it wont mess up your diet because its just one day right? try relaxing and watchin a good action movie or something like that. and grab a bag of chips or a tub of ice cream or chocolate, it helps. :)
