Have sex. It'll likely be the last sex you have for a while, anyway, so have fun. :)
No, really, have FUN - if you have an orgasm it will stimulate uterine contractions, and could get things moving (if the baby is ready to be born). Plus, there's a chemical in ejaculate called prostoglandin which also helps bring on labor. So make sure he has fun, too. :)
Normal human gestation is from 37 to 42 weeks. Your due date is just a guess. Try not to be too disappointed if you go longer.
Good luck!

I had a baby two months ago. He was nine days overdue. I took a dose of castor oil and it worked! It was horrible to get down though. It purges you a lot but it brings on the labour pains.

Sex, nipple stimulation, walking, and eating spicy food and pineapple. I'm pregnant with my second and when it came to help my labor along with the first, my husband and I used sex and went to eat alot of spicy foods..lol. In the end I ate alot of fruit cups with Lucas (Mexican candied chili powder type candy)

Walking always helps. Sometimes having Sex also helps. You will not hurt the baby.
You should start walking when you find out that you are expecting.

Let nature take its course!
You don't want to go trying things that untrained people might tell you here.
If you're that concerned, ask your doctor.
Congratulations and best wishes!

dont do anything. when your water breaks, go to the hospital, and they can probably enduce labor. there is no "home remidy" for a faster birth.
after my water broke, it took 16 hours even after then enduced me.
