We have these REALLY mean and Bad Neighboors. The twins that live there have beat up a girl who laughed while passing their house. Their younger brother just threathened me. Is there ANY way to get rid of them. I am Afraid for my Family and Friends.

I went through this on a smaller scale but with the same dynamics. We did involve the police though, to no avail. The neighbors just lied and denied everything. We started fighting the war with them ourselves. I got down and dirty. And now I have ulcers. But THEY MADE ME MAD!!!! It was not pretty.
Can you Move? That would save you soooo much trouble!! These neighbors are NOT going to change one iota for you!! It can be Hell. And if you have kids there, they might beat up on your little tots too!! Some people delight in tormenting others. That lesson from long ago is why we built our last home in the country away from any neighbors at all. I have never been happier either!! Good Luck!!

I had bad neighbours their is very little you can do legally the council will want a report blah blah blah.
Noise pollution reports.
Threatening behaviour you can call the cops maybe if they can be bovered they might do something ASBO or such like.
If its kids bovering kids its more than likely that they come from a broken home or parents are just as bad.
Sometimes encouraging them to join can help as they generally don't have any friends.
Or just beat the crap out of them bully the bully that works.

i dont think you can get rid of them but does your mom and dad know/i think i would gather a bunch of my friends and let them know that anytime they bothered one of us family or friends they would recieve more than they could dish out,i guess some ignorance is only dealt with by ignorance itself may be the only thing they will understand it takes cowards to act like that....good luck

have civilized conversation with them tell them every time they beat you, you will pay them money and get beaten up for few days after they get used to beating for money, stop paying them so they will not beat you for free.

Nope, there is nothing you can do to get rid of your neighbors. They have every right to live where they live just as you have every right to live where you do. You don't get to dictate who lives where. I suggest YOU learn tolerance or move yourselves.
