All I want to do is Finish the school year at my school.
I am 14 and don't have any other realiteves in this town.... and she is planning on moving four hours away.

Is there any program that I can go on, I only want to stay here for like 4 more months.

i feel your pain. however, i do not think that there is any program out there to help you with this. you are right to feel the way that you do but hang in there. you will make it through.

Im not sure if you can get into Foster care based on that situation but before you explore that try and find out why mum wants to move. Ask her to wait till you finish school because you deserve a chance at a good job, be calm and reasonable that means listen to what she is saying. If she has a job its difficult for her as well as you but it may be that you could apparoach the school with her and she paid board for you to stay with one of your friends families for four months. Moving around a lot isnt good for kids it disrupts their education enormously so for parents to do it continuously there must be a reason you are old enough to know what it is.

There really isnt anything you can do. Most states dont emancipate teens anymore and the ones that do need a better reason then dont want to move again. If you could find a family friend who is willing to keep you and your mother agrees to that then that is something that can be worked out but if your mom wants you w her you are going. Military kids get moved alot and we moved alot as kids due to work/divorce, thats just the way it goes.

It's unlikely. You are too young to be legally emancipated, and you have no relatives with whom you can stay.

Do you have any trusted, close friends? Perhaps you can convince your mom to let you stay with them and their family for the rest of the year.
