anything really good that is romantic and comedy that has good graphic to like Love Hina! Love Hina is really awsome Romantic/Comedy.

my personal favs of a romantic comedy anime would be:
1) Fruits Basket
2) Honey and Clover
3) Honey and Clover season 2
4) Ouran High School Host Club
5) Kare-Kano (His an Her Circumstances)
6) Midori no Hibi
so, u could try watch any one of them or better yet, all of them.. :)
erm... if you are into any random comedy u could try School Rumble and School Rumble Nigakki... or Azumanga Daioh

You mean the Harem kind of Romantic Comedy anime right? Well, Negima would be one. But i suggest watching the one titled "Negima?!". Because the first negima series is pretty bad. And its a shame its from the same author for Love Hina. I can only suggest ones that only involve a guy and a girl moments as you mention. But they aint too much Haremed as Love Hina or Tenchi Muyo.
