Not feeling like you'll continue to be "safe" in your relationship is concerning. Do you mean physically safe?? If so, you may want to redirect your focus on how you will end your relationship. No one deserves to feel pain and to live in fear.
Can you talk to someone in confidence, like a friend, or your family doctor about what you can and should do. I'm thinking someone that might be able to sort out what you might be feeling and thinking, but also someone capable of assisting in any plan of action you decide on.

Without trust there is no marriage. But...see why you are feeling this way. Is he doing something that makes you feel like this or is something from your past creeping in on you. I know my hubby sometimes doesn't trust things that I do but not because I'm being sneaky. It's because he had an ex who cheated or whatever that acted in that same manner and then screwed him over. So think the situation through before you end something that could be great.

Why do you feel he is hiding something? Has he done something to make you question him?

If you do not trust him, confront him. He will eventually notice that things are different on your end. Say something now, before it gets too uncomfortable.

instincts. our intuition can help us when we are feeling something is not quite right, as they don't lie to us. they can't tell us exactly what it is, they only tell us there is some problem we need to look at. go with your gut feeling, if u can feel it it is there.

confront him immediately, don't let this thing fester and then all of a sudden you blow up, talk these fears through with him, he is the only one who can help or make it more clear on what you need to do, give him the opportunity to make things right

You need to either find what is bothering you or just drop it. Why live like that?
