i keep getting spammed and sent whole new internet browsers when i get on the web, it logs me off of other programs and gives me general lag, anyone know a good remover?
i have Mcafee, it detects it but can't do anything about it
my friend had it and it might have gotten to mine from an email.
PLEASE HELP!!!

Get SpyBot Search & Destroy or Ad-Aware. Once it is installed, boot into Safe Mode and run it.

Ad-ware will catch your virus within it's first 6000 kb of it's search. It can be stopped pre-maturely and have what's it's caught by the 70000 kb search (about 2 minutes). However, We Spy Sweeper is better at getting all the viruses, Adware is better for the smaller stuff. McAfee and Norton takes too long, blocks out too much potential helpful areas on the net, and Takes up 10% of your total hard drive (no matter how big the drive is). Good Luck.
