This is typical in pregnancy! It usually gets better! Take only a med that your dr. has on a list for gas and stomach upset! Stay away from mexican! This is not your pregnancy food!!!!!!!!!!!! Eat tums with big meals! They are safe in pregnancy! You could have a virus and could have eaten something bad where you ate! If not better by tomorrow call the dr. and they will tell you what to do! Good luck and congrats on pregnancy!

There are a few things that you can do. You can take a natural bicarb to help with the gas. You can ride out the storm. You can take Tums or Gaviscon or something like that and see if it helps.

It is probably related to the pregnancy, so I wouldn't worry too much. If you feel this way tomorrow, then you probably have the flu. Be happy that it's at the beginning of the pregnancy where you don't pee every time that you vomit. This is not something that is a lot of fun and I do not recommend it.

Hang in there. As for the natural bicarbs, check out webmd.com for them. I don't want to suggest anything as I have no idea if you have food allergies or sensitivities.

Some foods are too spicey and will repeat on you, If baby doesent like it tey will soon let you know. Dont forget your body is working for two people now. leave off the sweet drinks and sugar as this only adds fuel to the fire! Try eating some dry toast, And if you have the runs eat a bananna. Take care, Get well soon.

You can take zantac 75mg for upset tummy. That is what my doctor tells me to take or prilosac OTC. Riopan was a life saver in my 1st pregnancy, but it was hard to find. The flu is going around.. God forbid you get that while pregnant.. it sucks! I would say if you are not feeling better by tomorrow you should get an appt with the Dr. I hope you get to feeling better soon. Call the doctor to make sure it is ok to take antiacids!!

Just about everything you eat now is going to affect you differently. Stay away from anything spicy and green vegetables. These are known to cause gas and will cause you sometimes an extreme amount of pain. Take Rolaids's or tums or an form of antacid and it should help.

Ugggh I know that feeling. My stomach was a mess for 3 months until I start added fiber to my food. get some of that stuff you shake on your meals that you can't taste - it is THE BEST.
