$550 a month rent seems low to me, but maybe you live somewhere cheap. $37 for phone and internet seems cheap--my phone bill is about $25 a month with almost no toll calls, and my DSL is $39 a month. Electric seems a little high--my electric is $25 a month for a 1 bedrooom, except in the summer when I run the AC and it's closer to $75. You didn't mention cable tv which is very high--mine is $55 a month and I don't even get HBO or Showtime. You also didn't say if you bring your lunch to work or get something there--if you eat out, that really adds up. Plus, what about entertainment/walking around money--sometimes you're just thirsty and you want a snapple, or some friend is selling girl scout cookies--that can add up fast. Plus, there is always some expense that comes up that you can't predict--hopefully you'll be able to keep a little surplus fund.

250-550 for rent seems very low to me, unless you live in a very inexpensive area or are sharing rent with roommates. Where I live, you can't find a clean, safe, small 1-bedroom for under $650, and I know a lot of cities are way more expensive than that.

Your question is not clear. What exactly do you want to know? Expenses are different for every one depending on situation and place of residence, etc.
