Here's the link to the best article re: eyebrow shaping I've found:

If you can stand it, book an appointment w/ a professional and leave your brows entirely alone for 2-3 weeks. The appointment will be your motive. You want to create a "blank slate" for the professional & the best shape possible.
In the meantime, you can use clear brow gel to give them some shape and have some control. Maybelline makes a really good clear one. Their red brow pencils are pretty good for filling in spaces & come in different shades.
BeneFit and Smash Box make brow fillers that you apply with a brush and come in a compact. Check out the selection at sephora.com for product options.
I've heard some people use apply Rogaine to their brows to encourage growth.

Go get them professionally done and then never pay again by buying a super magnification mirror that has a stand or that can attach to a bathroom wall (the kind in the fancy hotels!) You will need good light (they also have mirrors with lights) Now, after have a pro do them...every other day or so take a few minutes and check your eyebrows out and pluck any hairs that are starting to grow back. you might have to wait until there is enough hair to grab onto, but this should make for the perfect brows. (Don't forget that unibrow spot between the eyes! NEVER use stuff like Nair on your eyebrows! It can fall into your eyes and cause permanent damage to your eyes!)

Hey I did Beauty Therapy Level 1 and I focused on the Eyebrows for an assignment. You can't make the hairs grow the right way. All hairs on the body especially the eyebrows, grow in all different directions. What you need to do is go to a salon and ask for a consultation. This will help you understand better about what you need to do. WHat they might say is that you need to have some of the hairs removed (aka the ones that really stick out) Hope this helped you =D

Let them grow! Except or the hair that obviously has to go. Don't pluck too far up or anywhere by the end. Whenever you get them done by someone else, tell the person you want you length longer so they don't get rid of the hair you were trying to grow back. When your sure it's grown enough, get them done professionally. Meanwhile pencil them in. To make it look natural pick a shade the same as your eyebrow and gently brush it with an eyebrow comb so it look more like actual hair.

Pluck them into the shape you want and then use an eyebrow pencil or brush on a little dark brown eyeshadow onto them. Create the shape with plucking and color. I'm sure that's what Cassie does also. They never just grow that way.

Take a picture of Cassie with you to a salon.
And tell them that's how I want my eyebrows, like her.

The best advice to give is to get them done professionaly like at a salon. You cant get the look you want by tweezing them cause you always ending take more hair out then you want to. Bring a picyure of Cassie and show them thats how you want them.

I would have them professionaly shaped and if there are any bare spots fill in with pencil. Tip, don't go too much outside the acutal line of your brow otherwishe you will look unnatural.
