i have htis schhol science fair and i need a science project idea?

Try something with model rocketry. There are kits for just about any skill level (even ready to fly rockets), it is reasonable affordable, there are plenty of resources on the web that would give you what you need for a science fair project....plus, model rocketry is a lot of fun.

Forcing kids to do a project like this is ignorant, in my opinion. Nonetheless, I suppose it would depend on your interests. If you have some equipment, you might want to consider luminosity tests or the like; maybe an analysis of pH levels before and after the addition of a substance? One great idea, if you can organize it correctly, is to analyze the effect of music on humans or animals. (Try not to do the old classical vs. rock idea; maybe use different volumes or speeds if you can.) Anyway, don't forget controls, hypotheses, and correct procedure if you have an experiment going on.
