Torrie because Torrie had more experence beisdes Candice was in the diva search (even though she didn't make it to top 10), so it's like Torrie worked to get there (which she possibly got there on her good looks).

Candice Michelle,for afew reasons,she prettier,she hasn't been around long but she can wrestle WAYYYYYYYYYYYY better then Torrie Wilson(who's been in the wrestling business now for ALMOST 10 years and still can't wrestle worth $hit)and Torrie's getting old and theres only SO much makeup can do to hide crows feet and wrinkles!

Torrie, because she is a way better wrestler ans she is pretty. Candace is okay, because if you don't look at her boobs she is not the best looking diva.
