It would be very unusual if it has one. Freezers for the last 15 years or so have an automatic reset that will shut them off (it heats up under overload conditions) and try to start again after a time. If you have the patience, you might hear it try to re-start. If all else is as usual, it's a bad sign for our side.

It has no reset, the relay, or start capacitor, is most likely the problem, or it may be hung up in the defrost mode by a failed defrost timer, find the clock and advance the screw slot to the right, or clockwise.
