What state had the most Jim Crow laws and how many states passed them?

There was not one state that had the most. All the Jim Crow laws were enforced equally amongst the Southern and borders states of this country although based on the samplings I have seen, it appears that the top 3 segregationist states were Alabama, Georgia and Florida

Georgia or Texas I think.
