These electronic companies are cracking down on things like that. What they might say is that you send it in so they can see whats really wrong with it(cant do that If you dont have it?), but you can just go on ebay and they have a ton of them for little of nothing. GOOD LUCK!!!

u can turn off caps lock...
u can probably get one at walmart for 15 dollars, or ur warranty might cover it.
