I'm 4 months pregnant and haven't had a single symptom yet, so no, sometimes you won't get "morning" sickness. Statistics say about 50%-80% of women experience morning sickness, but I think sometimes it seems like it's a lot more because you only hear about that, never about the early pregnancies where women aren't sick!

It's not something that happens to every woman who has been pregnant. I never vomited when I was pregnant. My morning sickness consisted of nausea, fatigue, and headaches.

First time around I was very sick and vomited all day long. Second time was a breeze...hardly nauseous. Every pregnancy is different. Every woman is different. Good luck!

If you wonder if you're pregnant get a pregnancy test. Sometimes tests give false positives though so if the home test is positive, get a test at the doctor's office to be sure.

Everyone is different. Some women don't have any symptoms at all, other women are sick throughout their whole pregnancy.
