Nope nothing is free, especially pizza. You will pay for it but it is a reduced price for a limited time. A quick trip to the grocery store is more likely in order here. You must have some money after all, you spoke about paying the delivery charge.

Ok, lets go over things...

1. Learn how to spell and type.

2. Common sense would tell you if it's a coupon for a Pizza that costs $9.99, then apparently, that's the price you would have to pay. now if you get it delivered, then of course you MAY have to pay a SMALL delivery fee.

3. IF you don't see anywhere on the coupon the word FREE, then you would have to pay the suggested price that there giving to you as a treat.

-In my opinion, but no offensive, people like you don't deserve coupons like this if you can't comprehened them. Don't report abuse, just telling it like it is.

Go to your local food bank.

Pizza is not good food if you are broke and hungry. It will only make you more broke and more hungry.

Better yet, take that 9.99 and go to the dollar store, get canned vegetables and noodles and have yourself a 5 day feast.

If you're broke, you've got no business buying fast food. That's probably why you're broke to begin with.
