how would he know if your satisfied or not. unless you have told him that your aren't there is no way to ASK him and get a decent answer. unless of course you don't have sex at all, then he'll know because he's not satisfied either.
do you mean "how can i TELL my husband i'm not satisfied?"

that will take some talking and understanding on both parties. you could tell him what to do when you are actually in the act. when you tell him what to do, you have to be tactful. like move his hands where you would like them, or his head or whatever. or you could watch a porn and suggest that you try what they are doing. or you could be totally insensitive and just blurt out, that he isn't any good in bed, and that he needs some help. then get/give him some.
