this site has the first 2 DVDs in stock. the third and fourth DVDs aren't out yet but you can preorder them. they usually offer DVDs at a lower price than the retail price
Note: the first DVD is on sale right now for $14.99

You can get Bleach DVDs at Suncoast,Hastings, or probably anywhere that sells Anime DVDs.
