The newest version of Media Player (11) is supposed to be able to recognize and manage an iPod, but I can't get it to work. What exactly do I need to do to set it up to work. It doesn't even recognize the iPod.
Thanks!

I forgot to mention that I have an iPod photo, if that makes any difference.

maybe becuase you didn't install the driver or your OS (operating system [ex. Windows 98, 200, XP, Vista ect.]) is not compatable. Thas what my computer keeps saying to me.

YOU MUST USE iTUNES! WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER DOES NOT RECOGNIZE iPODS. WMP USES Mp3 WHILE iPOD USES Mp4 AND THEIR PHOTO COMPATIBILITIES ARE DIFFERENT!!!
