Question(s):
Where should the muck heap go?
What would you change about the layout to make it as best as it can be?

You need another entrance gate in your indoor arena, one to the outside, 2 would be better, 1 on the outdoor arena side and one on the pasture side, (Ventilation in summer) . I'd put the manure area between the barn and parking area, if you're going to have it hauled away, or else between the barn and indoor arena if you're going to use it for fertilizer for your own pastures. Where's your hay/feed storage? (Not IN the barn, I hope, fire hazard.) How 'bout a garage/shed for your horse trailers and tractor/ field/arena maintinence equipment? Gotta have a small dog kennel area, for your guests to put their dogs when showing! ;) I'd split one of the pastures right down the middle, with a double fence 6 feet apart, to have an isolation pasture, (The one closest to the parking area) for any sick or injured horses, that may need vet treatment, or for quarantine new horses. (Maybe a smaller, NOT attatched to the main barn, but to that pasture, with maybe 4 stalls in it. Have fun!
