Well there is Walmart. But do they have a Good Will or a Salvation Army store. The things might not be new, but they are just as good. Some places even have thrift stores that help handicapped people with their sales. Kids grow all the time, and some times cloth's don't have to be brand new. To many people show off because they only wear new cloth's. And that is just making the stores richer then they all ready are. And the other places I mentioned helps needy people out to. Like during times of emergency's.
