I like that name. It's different. Makes me think of a rare flower or just something rare lol. If it were my girl i would name her naima maylee. I love different names lol. For a boys name....ummm.....Nathanuel, Donovan, Angelo?

If you're completely in love with the name, I would recommend using it as a middle name. As others have already pointed out, your daughter will have to spell her name, pronounce her name, explain her name, etc. to everyone she meets. This gets really old, trust me (I have an unusual last name, and people are always mispronouncing it and spelling it wrong, which really bothers me).

I assume you mean nayema in sound with long a! This is just very different and could cause confusion with people saying her name! Try Naomi, this is like the one you chose but atleast less confusing!

How do you say Niama?
What does it mean?

Na Em ma
uhh yah like I said how do you say it and what does it mean?
It's too wierd for me.

Why not just name her Emma or Naomi or something like that more normal that people have actually heard and know how to say?

It is pretty, but she will spend her lifetime spelling it for others and having everyone mispronounce and misspell it. I gave my daughter an unusual spelling to her name and she resents it when she must explain it or correct spelling errors.
