Because he falls in love with her and he's infatuated with what he sees... It's just Shakespeare's way of showing that to the audience/ reader.

Actually James T needs a good enema... Shakespeare wrote in Iambic Pentameter... not blank verse. The entire works of Shakespeare are written in rhyme.
