check your tires......you may have snow and ice built up in them (inside the rims) which will cause the vibration and shaking. That is more than likely your problem. If its vibrating when you are sitting still, then you may have a misfire problem......

Simple. Look at the wheels. On the inside of the wheel where snow and ice can build up. You probably have a chunk of ice that is causing one or more wheels to be out of balance. Clean them off and check it. Additionally, you may want to look at the treads to make sure they are separated. You can do this by driving a wet tire on a dry surface to see if all fo the treads are even and straight.

Your tires are probably out of balance. Have you had a flat recently or had a tire replaced? Any tire shop can re balance your tires for a small fee if that's not it it may be alignment or a mechanical problem from hitting a curb or pothole. If a mechanic can't find the problem you need to find a better one. Maybe the dealership would have an answer for you Hyundai's are known for being "disposable" cars 6 years may be a good run for these Korean wannabes.

TAKE IT TO A CAR WASH It is most likely snow in or ice in the wheels. This can be sprayed out with the high pressure water. Good luck hope this helps

You probably have an unbalanced tire perhaps due to ice frozen on a wheel. On the other hand, if you're sitting still and it's still shaking, it's not firing on all cylinders and will have to be serviced.

You probably have a frozen chunk of crud on one or more of your wheels. This would cause a huge imbalance that would make you think it's going to shake itself back to it's basic elements. You'll have to get down on your hands and knees and inspect the inside and outside of your wheels.
If it's not that, then no it's not safe to drive. Get it inside, thawed out and serviced. I'll bet it's ice junk.

What works well for getting that snow out is a high pressure water sprayer, like what you'd find at one of those do it yourself car washes.
