Okay, I had this weird dream last night. I was fishing in a small pond, and all the sudden something was on my line. I pull it in, and it is a frog, so I decide to take the frog off and keep fishing. I reach down to take the frog off, and it bites me. I look down, and the frog has huge pointy teeth. So, I decide to throw the line back in with the frog on it, and try to catch an alligator with the frog. Then, I woke up.

water also can mean the spirit world. the next world. you are looking into the that area between earth and heaven.
you are there and the pond is there also. separated. you are looking at a distance of observation, you are not in the pond you are seeing but with the line of faith. wanting to know, what has life for me. the frog is life, looks kind, but watch out. it can hurt you. but not necessarily. because you have control. it hurt you once and you left it alone. you trough the frog back to be devoured
back to were it came from. and to be eaten but you don't know if it was ever eaten by a worse. adversary. just bewear, that all it means, in a story way!
