How can I remove blood stains from a cotton garmet, thank you

Oxyclean can do wonders for blood stains or any other stains. I swear by it. However if you do not want an added (albeit small cost) Use hairspray and saturate the stain, then rinse in cold water. I have done this many times. Warm or hot water will just set the stain into the fabric. Make sure to hang dry and do not iron til stain is completely dry.

spray it with shout. It works everytime for me. It doesn't matter how long you let it sit on the garment. If it is white, you can get a bleach pen and put on it. Let it sit for no more then 5 minutes, and wash.

Just the regular stuff from the drug store.
