When I talk to people and describe this cartoon to them they act like I am from another planet! Really! This cartoon came on in the early 90's and was about humans who began to clon and the clones went wrong

Yes of course I remember that, it was probably the most mature cartoon of that decade. Genocide, slavery, uprising, etc.
My favorite Character was Wolf Bronski

Came out in the 1990's. I remember it. I waited to late to become a fan. I caught the tail end of the series in the late 1990's on USA. I liked what I saw. I think it was one of the most underrated cartoons to come out. It well written and very mature for a catoon. I rate it as the Robotech of the 1990's. Wikipedia has some info on it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exo_squad

Yup they it was the 1990's but my memory of them are so vague that i can even remember the characters. But the exosuits were cool. I think that a toy from Lego Exo FORCE has the same idea.

yes and they had a big toy line where you put the little guys into bigger robot suits. I think you can still find nock-offs that use the same molds but have different figures and boxes
