pros- workers can keep their private lives a secret from their employers
cons- employers can use what employees do in their homes against them (drug use, mental history, diseases & illness, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, race, contriversal hobbies, ect.)
Ever sense sept. 11th, new laws are taking our privacy rights away. I believe terroism is a huge problem, but if we dont stay "free" what is the point? I wouldn't be shocked to find our gov. knew it was coming, sept 11th is a great excuse to be able to spy on everyone they want without warrents. Just a thought!
FACT- Our government completely lied about the raising of the flag(s) at Iwo Jima, just to get Americans to buy war bonds.
