First off, don't take any rookies in the early rounds. Leave them for late-round sleepers/steals. Draft known quantities like Pujols, Jeter, and Santana first.
Anyway, as for rookies:
Delmon Young, OF, TB - Power and Speed Combo is nice
Chris B. Young, OF, AZ - Like Delmon, lower average, but better supporting lineup
Alex Gordon, 3B, KAN - Power and Speed as well, Might also end up OF- eligible if he is forced to move there because of Teahen
Carlos Quentin, OF, AZ - Another solid offensive producer from Arizona
Stephen Drew, SS, AZ - see above, even more valuable because he's a shortstop
Miguel Montero, C, AZ - Good hitting catchers are scarce
Chris Ianetta C, COL - see above, even better is that both of them play in favorable hitting parks
Troy Tulowitzki SS, COL - Very similar to Stephen Drew
Also, look for sophomores or rebound candidates from injuries:
Rickie Weeks 2B, MIL - If healthy, one of the top tier second basemen
Ben Sheets SP, MIL - Ace, if healthy, could be a steal if undervalued
Felix Hernandez SP, SEA - Still young, and reported to camp in better shape than last year
Nick Markakis OF, BAL - Solid last year, could improve more
Howie Kendrick 2B, LAA - see above, better because of position scarcity
GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR FANTASY BASEBALL SEASON !!!

Delmon Young should be good for tampa Bay. Look for Martin Prado and Kelly Johnson to be good in Atlanta. Alex Gordon will be great for Kansas City.

I were given a pair in ideas. Elvis Andrus with the Rangers now, is amazingly gifted and ought to arise at sometime. also couple of braves, Tommy Hanson, who become the first pitcher to win MVP of the Arizona Fall League and Jordan Schafer who has tremendous potential ability and must be making it up earlier to later because the braves starting off CF.
