For those who aren't in the UK, Richard and Judy have a show on channel 4 in the UK. It's a celebrity talk show. Here in the States, they are not on the air (at least to my knowledge). It sounds a lot like "Regis & Kathy Lee".
As for being drunk, I wouldn't doubt it.

who are these poeple abnd someone was already asking if they should retire,,, obviiously they are no one special if they are old, drunk and ready to retire, sounds like every other person in Hollywood.
