What kind of lies are you telling? Lies like, I didn't eat the last cookie, or lies like, I didn't lose the house gambling?

Try to find the root of why feel such a need to lie all of the time. Do you feel that you're not good enough for him and you feel you need to keep up a certain image to keep him? Once you find the reason behind your behavior, hopefully you can start to come clean and live a life you are proud of without the need to lie!

Typical reasons for lying to your husband are you have always kept secrets from whom ever you have been associated too. Corrective action is to communicate to him your problem, which will help you be open moving forward. If he adopts your newly openness then your marriage will survive. No communication means one day your lies will surface and it will be costly.

What do you mean by Lie? Do you mean, for ex. if he asked " what did you buy at the mall today?) and you say: nothing, when really you bought alot? or do you mean : Your husband asked: Where were you all day? and you say at the Mall, and you were really at a Motel with your lover? Makes a big dif. What you are lying about. Are we talking little stuff or BIG stuff?

Why do you lie to him? It's much easier to live a life where your words, actions, and emotions are all integrated.
So tell me why you are having integrity issues. How can I give you advice when you don't tell me what kind of lies you are telling?

1st u have to ask urself y u lie? honesty is the most important component of marriage w/o it you have nothing. so u need to descide if this marrige is important to u or not. i would suggest couples therapy or somtg. you need to find out y ur trying to sabotage ur marriage w/ lies. best wishes.

You sound like my sister, she has not been able to tell the truth since she was 5. Compulivse disorders are treatable see your dr. about it.
