Why would a elephant elephant? Cats don't cat, dogs don't dog, why would a elephant elephant? All animals make noises in their own way.

elephants do make nosies,.. with their big long noses not all the time like dogs and cats but then again i dont live with elephants so i wouldnt know how often they do make noises.

Your question makes no sense. Now if dogs "dogged" and cats "catted"... now you might have a deep question worthy of philosophical consideration.
