Sometimes breast size can be deceiving. My friends will sometimes tell me that mine don't look overly big depending on what I wear. Today I am wearing a top that has a lot of cleavage so they look huge.

I am a small Australian size 12 with G cup breasts (AU 12G) and short so they are pretty big.

I actually think that DD's are an average size, they are not all that big.

Breasts can get as big as the surgeon wants to be adventurous. My sister has 42 DD.
