Can you buy the full soundtrack of a film, ie, not only the music but the dialogue as well and if so where?

Yes they are made for blind people, sorry I'm not sure where but it shouldn't be too hard to find.

If you like the movie Grease it has every song and more, and you can find some disney movie sound tacks at Wal-Mart that has every thing.
