A lifetime ago, I worked at an art gallery on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, and at lunch, my co-worker and I would hit all the ritzy chocolatiers for free samples. Of all the imported, exotic chocolates I got to try, I have to confess, give me a Snickers, anyday! My FAVE.

They use Valronha and Calabault chocolate as their base.
Wonderful stuff and their fudge is to die for.
