it's like national club where you enter competition.... nothing is working out since it's a new club!!!I am bad at leadership too!!!
is it possible that person can improve their leadership or they are born that way and stay like that forever

You can improve your leadership skills, don't worry.
The main thing is to identify what your groups objectives are and have a strategy.
Then you have to communicate this patiently to your members...

everyone can improve. remember Rome wasn't built in one day. suggest you start small at the local level and grow from there. Roberts Rules of Order can help in organizing meetings. for accounting income and expense a good record keeping system is a must. before computers ( please don't laugh ) we had a business and we used black for income and red for expense. as time goes by a good lawyer can save numerous headaches.
