I just need to know the side orders since that’s all I get at fast food restraunts because I'm a vegetarian. Do you know any Healthy side orders? I was looking a website & a KFC biscuit contains 12 grams of fat, mashed potatoes 5 grams of fat, & corn 1.5 grams of fat (but the corns healthy). That's what I usually get there. So do you know any healthy foods? (I like all fast food places, except McDonalds.)

The ingredients used in fast foods are very unhealthy.
There are healthy fats, there are unhealthy fats.
Whole grain is healthy, not 'brown' or refined.
Fried is unhealthy no matter what food or oil you start with.
High heat rancidifies most oils.
'Fast' foods are Unhealthy 'foods'.

Even if its a vegetable salad, it's likely got pesticides &/or herbicides. Often bacteria as well. Meat is often undercooked (actually had a steak served raw to me once - just braised).

Well you'd probably like Boston Market sides. They have creamed spinach, mashed potatoes, mac-n-cheese, etc. My favorite vegetarian thing to get is subway's veggie sub--mmm mmm good. They also served baked chips and yummy cookies. I would think it is an excellent option for a vegetarian even a vegan. Taco bell has a nice bean burrito and they'll leave off the cheese if you don't do animal products. McDonald's does serve a killer cheese and broccoli soup at this time of year but sometimes those soups have chicken broth in them so I would inquire first before ordering. Long John silvers has hush puppies, cole slaw, fries, and of course seafood if you do fish and things. I would think the deli counter of most supermarkets would have a great line of salads and sides for you if you're willing to walk inside! Some even have sushi now!

Wendy's serve side salads and fruit cups. Burger King also sells side salads. When you go into a fast food place or call ask if they have side salads and healthier food choices. I hope that I have helped.
