Baked Ziti or Pizza depending on my mood. (Baked Ziti pizza is delicious too but only a few places have that on their menu)

My favorite would be chorizo ay pollo or chicken and chorizo. It's a chicken breast thats pan fried and then when it's almost done they add chorizo and fry it with the chicken and add chopped onions and jalepeno. Muy Delicioso!
