without a doubt because tape worms are a scary topic because they can feed on you and it is a hit show and they did mention that the record was 60 feet so i guess they were looking for pictures.

I guess House is a lot more popular than we all thought. That's gotta be it. And the tapeworm was 25ft, not 15.
