I'm watching the Brits at the moment and the sound keeps cutting out. Either they are blanking out the swearing (in which case its not live) or the sound people are useless!!

By the way, i didn't watch the Brits because i cared who won (though the Killers were very deserving), i watched it because it is a fantastic chance to watch some of the best live bands and singers around (and Take That)!!

Don't you remember Shaun Ryder on TFI Friday? after he swore his way through most of the programme TV stations were made to put a delay in, usually about 5 seconds, so that they could edit out the swearing. But after 9pm it's not usually done so could be crap sound.

I believe that they were running a 30 second delay in transmission just in case of any unforeseen swearing etc.
