Seattle is all the above, It has gangsters, thugs, racist, rich, poor, stupid people and its safe in some areas. Seattle is a accepting city because it has all kinds of people.

All I know is it's the home of Starbucks Coffee, Microsoft and it always rains. But actually it's meant to be an extremely nice place, no more crime than anywhere else and there's a lot to see

It's BELLEVUE and BREMERTON.
Bremerton is not full of yuppies, it's a military town and is more lower to middle class. BAINBRIDGE ISLAND and POULSBO are the "yuppie" areas on the Kitsap peninsula.
