im not able to open msn messenger and hotmail thanks to the virus called hackertool.is it a virus or someone has hacked my pc. also what can i do to remove it?

It may be a virus or spyware. Scan the PC with a standard antivirus. I think that you have to download a standard antivirus software. . Download AVG Anti Virus Free edition, update the definitions and scan your PC to remove this. Reboot and rescan to be sure it is gone.

first get antivirus , the try to start ur computer in safe mode , start , run type msconfig then choose generale and check diagnostic then restart ur computer and run the antivirus
