I think it's okay, but generally, women are more into baby showers than men. A few years ago, I attended a "co-ed" baby shower, which friends of the parents-to-be were all invited. Some of the guys were not interested at all, most of them just ate and watched TV until it was over. If someone wants to invite men to a baby shower, I think there should be some kind of games and activities that men AND women would enjoy doing together.

He should be involved, if he wants to be. I see nothing wrong with it.
Men are sometimes involved in a "Bridal Shower" -- calling it a "Wedding Shower." So, why not a "Baby Shower" - he's part of that baby too.

Invite who you want to. It's your shower. I don't see anything wrong with men at a baby shower, I've been to a lot with men there.

We had a co ed bathe to boot. It grow to be tremendous, different adult men got here up with fairly relaxing presents too for the daddy and the child. more beneficial ladies confirmed up than adult men did, besides the undeniable fact that it grow to be nonetheless an effective time.
