NBA most likely Seattle will move their
slight chance of the NHL Pittsburgh Penguins going there
then an outside possibilty from the MBL the Florida Marlins
NO NFL team wil move there because they couldn't bet on that game in which football is one of the biggest bet for the bookmakers in Las Vegas

Here's the order that I think: 1) MLS 2) NFL 3) NBA 4) MLB and 5) NHL.
