I'm 31wks pregnant and i've turned into the most emotional sook ever! I have always been very "happy go-lucky" and tried to never let the small stuff bother me, but these days? Forget it!

I cried yesterday on Valentines Day (i'm in Australia) cause my fiance had the flowers delivered in the afternoon instead of the morning, i cried cause i was stuck in a big traffic jam - heck i even cried cause some guy got kicked off The Biggest Loser (which i never watch and which i happened to only catch 5mins of... and i still cried cause he got kicked off). Its completely irrational and unfounded and uncalled for!

What can be done to calm these emotional outbursts down? I'm a walking waterfall and its driving me crazy!! lol.

Oh girl! Its hormones. I was just like that for months.

I'm a real "hard nose" big girls don't cry.
I'm a "rough tough" business woman and cried if the coffee dripped "to slow" since I could only drink de-caf and had to make a new pot each time I had a cup at the office.

I cried went my sock twisted and the pattern was "off".

SO its anything. I laugh about it today.

I would use it- watch all those super sad movies and got it over faster.

Get used to it. It is your hormones. When i was pregnant with my first child i cried during a Mcdonalds commercial. I cried because it snowed. I cried because i could not see my feet.

You'll be just fine. It's just the crying thing. When I was pregnant I cried at everything too. But it's just a fade it'll go away by it's self.

Hang in there, there is nothing you can do. I remember being preg w/ my second and I was watching sports one minute and then crying over a Jennifer Lopez video. You'll get through it and have a beautiful baby when you are done.

Hormones - don't worry about it just go with the flow and don't stress yourself about the why.

Go for lots of long walks and take your pre-natal vitamins now and after the baby arrives.

Honey, it's called hormones. It will pass! Try to find the humor in the situation, and know it will pass!
