Samuel Eto'o. He refused to come on for Barcelona because he was allegedly told he would play for 30 minutes, and they wanted to put him in for five. He's being a very selfish player, thinking of himself before the team and refusing to come on. Barca should put him on the reserve squad just to cut him down to size. And who's the most selfish athlete in the world? TO! So there you go, Eto'o and T.O.

Actually that isnt the reason he didnt want to play... A few games before that, people from another team were yelling racist comments and making monkey noises at him, so he refused to play for a while
but to answer your question it is defiantely David Beckham, he finally actually had to work for his position last weekend

i think eto'o didnt play cos he didnt warm up enough when rijkaard asked him 2 come and the doctors told him not to play if he hadnt warmed up.
