It really does no good to report it. They don't want to know or do they really care if it happens. They look at it like it isn't my money so why should I care. Or live and let live.

Unfortunately you have to go to each individual states website to do that as well as make calls and fax proof of the fraud, there is no centralized database to make your life easier
