Last three months had heavy period, this month spotting and light, on clomid and ttc, any way i could be prego

Last three periods very heavy, i mean to the point of wearing a tampon and pad and going through both of them. This month was 4 days late, started with light brown spotting, then got a little heavier and more red in color. Still not heavy and some light cramps. Been trying ttc for 3 months with the help of clomid, estrace and prometrium. Any chance this could be it for me? Waiting for bloodtest from doctor but just want some opinions. Any help is greatly appreciated

Drinking a lot of water can make it heavy, then if you don't drink a lot of water it could become very light. Another thing that could cause it is a hormone in balance, bad PMS is a symptom

You could be or maybe it's Stress? Stress does affect a womans periods, it sure affected mine. Also, it could just be minor or nothing @ all? Don't assume the worst, you could be worring over nothing.
